I cannot activate the mobile menu, the module itself is visible in the phone, but when pressed, it is an empty window, the menu itself is not displayed.
I have created the Joomla menu module, the position of the Offcanvas module is selected in it, the necessary menu is selected and the module is published.
How to solve the problem?

Accepted Answerdecided in the joomla module, in the "Additional parameters" tab in the layout line, set "by default"

Note: Disable and enable the off-canvas menu module once then check again. (Module Manager)
