Barber Quickstart For Joomla 3 Installation Keep Restarting

Hi,

i am trying to install the Barber template with the quick start for joomla 3, but the installation keep restarting in the last step, and goes back to the database connecting page.

Hi, I did all the steps and it is not my first time to install a quickstart. and i tried Changing InnoDB to MyISAM in both "joomla.sql" and "sample_data.sql"

Can you please check the problem.
