Hello, I follow the documentation of quicstart installation package, but after the 2 first pages of information, the installation start then after several time it go back to the beginning (name of web site). Server Appache 2.4 PHP 8.2

Yes , It works. Thank you very much. Only at the end, the remove of installation file didn't work. I have to do it manually. Best regrads

Hi,

  1. I would swicth to PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1 and try again.

  2. Check also PHP settings from: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements

  3. Are you able to install raw Joomla there?

  4. What is FULL NAME of Quickstart?

Hello, yes I am able to install a raw Joomla version 5. The quickstart package is gourmand_quickstart_j4_v2.0.1.zip I have modified the PHP parameters but no succes for ind=stallation. Best Regards

I have also modified PHP parameters. And I have no problem for installing a raw Joomla version 4 But still unable to install quickstart gourmand package

I can send you backup made by Akeeba Backup. It should be robust installer.

I installed that QS on my site in 3 minutes without any problems. So I assume that your hosting settings are not so perfect.

It means that problem is with folder/file permission on your hosting account. Which also explains the first installation problems.
