Hello, i have sent you plenty of emails but still i got no answer. I am having problem with the istallation of rhythm template. I have uploaded it on my server, the installation starts, I can enter admin details and at the third step it returns to the beggining. I have contact my server but they do not have a problem. I have talked to your collegues and gave them full access to install it but yet again nothing happened. As i have read in the forum i am not the only one with the same problem. Could you help me or should i ask for a refund? It is now ten days that i am trying to fix it. Thank you for your time Kind regards
