After installing Quickstart Joomla 4, the administrator cannot login to the backend. Wrong password can be excluded. Repeated multiple times. Error message: Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet. Best regards Ingo

You might be using wrong credentials. I have checked the Joomla 4 Quickstart. There is no such issues found.
