I am Using Helix Ultimate template (Shaper_helixultimate), and I am facing a problem accessing menu with submenus on iPad. This is regarding main menu shown on iPad (horizontal menu), off canvas menu works OK. I have a several menus with sub menus (multiple items). When accessing home page, menus without sub menus works OK. But accessing menus with sub menus is not working. You have first to access one of the menus without submenus, first then is menus with sub menus possible to access / use.

I see that this serious problem was reported 10 months ago but is still there. Is there any way out of this?
