I tried to install pro version on your site and it installed successfully. But, it doesn't effect on your site. Might be something went wrong your site. Besides, try to download your site backup via akeeba and it says your site has harmful script. I would request you to download a backup using akeeba and run on your localhost. Then download pro version of page builder and install it on your local site. Let me know what happen on your local site.
