Helix Ultimate For Joomla 4 Quickstart

Hi,
I'd just installed a fresh site on my laptop localhost from helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.5.zip
I have not done anything to it yet. However, there is a message under Maintenance:Database
"Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id."
May I know why is this so?
I'm using Bitnami MAMP - 10.4.21-MariaDB - PHP 8.1.0

There is an error message: An error has occurred. 0 Error loading form file
Is the quickstart working properly?

PHP 8.1 is not supported yet. Please switch and use PHP 8.0.x or PHP 7.4 then all should work.
Our support on localhost is very limited for obvious reasons and Support Policy rules.
