Helix Mega Menue Not Work

Hi, i have the latest Helix Framework installed and SP Builder Pro on latest Joomla 3.10.5 and i cant add a Mega Menue in my Backend. I dont see this tab called Mega Menue when i add a new Menue.
I read the docs and watched the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAme45jfoa0 but the tab on 1:19 on my Helix installation does not exist!
Have bought the Pro Version and entered the License Key, and installed the helixultimate_quickstart_j3_v2.0.5.
