Hi, to be honest All Joomshaper templates are Indexed On Google, becuase Google index website content itself, not template as you may think. And template cannot stop google from indexing, every webmaster here can tell you that. Some users have sites in top 10 Google and sites are based on HU as you have. But I understand that this is the easiest way to blame us for no-action from Google :(

Server error (5xx) - message is not from template.

I made extra tests using popular tools:

1. https://pagespeed.web.dev/
2. https://www.seotesteronline.com/
3. https://www.seobility.net/en/seocheck/

And the site is crawled, testers show results, so Google should be able to index it as well. Of course few aspects can be improved, but this is another story.

For sure,

1. create sitemap and add into google.com/search-console/ and ask Google to reindex site again.
2. Add link to your website on FB and other sites that you have, now no External links direct to this www

And contact with SEO Expert to get better score. And wait, this is not McDrive site indexing may take few days, even weeks. No offense, I'm telling you how it is.

I apppreciate all the input, just wierd how I have used the Helix template for several sites, and this is my first Helix Ultimate and having indexing issues. I have built a routine of doing the same tasks on the other websites that seem to work. My method might not be perfect but it has worked consistantly in the past.

On the day we went live I did the following:

Submitted sitemap in Search Console linked to Google Analytics Linked to Bing Webmaster and sumbitted sitemap Added sitemap to robot.txt Disabled some of the plugins like JCH Optimize

I know the SEO is not perfect, just starting to get to understand that and how it works.

Next I will contact service provider next to have them look at it.
