Problem In Editing And Using Template Finion

Hi technician supports team, I'm installed new template Finion for my website and found issue of updating bagi menu template option at menu template editing - backend of joomla. The messages after clicked at template option are: InvalidArgumentException: Please specify a valid response format, other than that of HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Helix Plugin was disabled. Now it has been enabled and it works fine. Please ignore to use Helix3 and Helix Ultimate both plugin at the same time.
