Can't Update Helix3 Framework Plugin

I have an older site which is still running Helix 3. The latest version of Joomla (3.10.5) is installed, but I can not update 2 plugins: System - Helix3 Framework (from 2.5.7 to 3.0.2) Installer - Install from Web (from 1.1.1 to 2.1.2)

I have already tried to do the updates manually, unfortunately without success. I have downloaded the latest plugins and templates and tried to install them, unfortunately also without success. Cache I have emptied everything...

What else can I do?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have installed it manually. Cause, some of your hosting permission reason can't delete the language files. That's why installed manually.

I think you need to contact your hosting adminitrator. Cause, seems like the issue of folder or file permission issue. If you can reach them i hope problem will be solve by hosting provider. Thanks
