Mobile Loading Time is Low

Good morning,
after a long time I am updating and improving my site. The site works with Jotcache and JCH - the desktop speed or better the rating is okay. The mobile loading time is very low (not all items are shown).
Google Pagespeed mobile 25 and desktop 77.
Is that a normal difference? What should I improve? Is it important for my site to improve the rating?
My site is more for information, not for commerce.

Accepted AnswerThanks for your fast answer. I am using google pagespeed but some suggestions are to difficult for me to use - for example link rel=preload. I try to find a expert for this.
The joomshaper suggestions I know - I have tried to use them. It seems, they work in the desktop version, not in mobile version.
Are there any easy things to do?
