Mail not send by pushing the send button in form

Hello,
I use the newest version of pb pro....
I inserted a form by form builder and configured it well, but it doesn´t send the content of the form. there is only the turning circle on the send button....
I Deacivated the invisible recapcha (freshly new developed) for testing purposes - this changed nothing. After this I tested sending mail in the server config and this worked well. So it must be a problem from Pagebuilder pro. any suggestions?

first of all thx for the quick support, help and suggestion.
second: ääähm..... so why isn´t it ready for php 8.0 yet? I always get warnings about an outdated PHP-Version, when I use 7.4 and 8.1 ready to use by the hoster .....

When will this be done? Do you have any roadmap for me?

We are working on Page Builder 4 and after stable release we will start work on PHP 8 compatiblity. Thanks

Hello and sorry, that I have to reopen the ticket again...

The Mail again down´t work, wenn pushed the "send"-button. After resetting the php-version back to 7.4 it worked for a while but now it again doesn´t work..... the credentials provided still work, but the section and the menu item is deactivated right now.... just to go for sure, that the customer doesn´t receive negative ratings from no reaction....

Hello and thx for the quick reply, but after pressing the send-Button on the original page the success or false message doesn´t appear afterwards.
I also deselected the GPDR-Message but nothing changed...

Neither the "success" message appears, nor the Mail is sent

what in your opion could cause this behavior?

Please check the default forum builder layout settings or please re-create the form. Then let me know. Thank
