Can't Save Page In SP Page Builder Pro - Token Expired

Hi there,
One of my clients is having a problem with the page builder on his Joomla site (version 3.9.24). If he creates a new page in SPPB and safes that all works fine. But if he tries to edit and safe an existing page a message pops up (from SPPB) that the token has expiered and the page needs to be reloaded. After reloading the page and clearing the browser cache the same occures.
What is here the problem?

Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry to let you know that my client don't want to give me the Joomla and FTP crendentials. So I can't forward them to you.

Accepted AnswerUnfortunately, the client never made a backup of the site. And now he tried to fix the problem (and several others which do not matter to the page builder) and deleted accidentally the main config file from Joomla. That's the reason why we're unable to make a backup now.
Sorry for that.
