Yes, now go to Extensions -> Manage -> Update for updates.

Thanks. Ich have fixed a table conflict in the page builder. But there were no updates available for the Page Builder or Template under Extensions -> Manage -> Update!?

It was an installation issue. I uninstalled the template and then installed it again.
