Sorry for your issue. Which version of Joomla you have updated to, please? The Manufacture template doesn't get the Latest Helix ultimate version as well as Joomla 4 compatibility.

Did you mean, in article edit window the save operation doesn't work? Is there any error? I could not visit your admin URL.

Until the Template gets an compatibility update, please do not update the System plugin or the Joomla version to 4. And roll back to your last working backed up version, hopefully it will be helpful.

I just tried in another place where I have the same manufacturer template installed and the same thing happens I thought it was a joomla update but it is not, when entering an article to change a name it does not save the changes the same if I want to create a new one
