Helix Ultimate Page Largely Blank

Hi all! Fresh and latest Joomala/SPB/Helix Template?Helix Plug-in install. Nothing else. Cassopedia template works fine. But make Helix the default gives a blank page apart from the title. You can (currently) see an example at www.sonicshock.com The Home page isn't recognized at all by SPB. I can create a new page in SPB, but it will have the same bare bones appearance – all blank except for the title. I can add SPB elements, and they'll display correctly but that's it.
Running on PHP 8.0 (have tried 7.4, no impact). PHP max memory set to 512.
So close, yet so far; it'll be something basic I'm sure. I'd be grateful for any thoughts. Admin access details in Hidden section.

Thanks for your query.
I have checked your backend, and it seems you have installed the template pack. The template pack gives you only a very basic framework. And there was no predefined header or custom header set within the Template options. I have set them for you.
Still, as you have not placed any content in your home menu as well as page, so it's empty but Header footer are visible now.

I did go so far as to look at the template options, but ...... I guess I was tired, it didn't even occur to me to turn on elements.
I've installed the Helix template numerous times, and it's always automatically come in prepopulated with a number of elements. Did I do something wrong, or neglect to do something I should have (or have you changed your procedure)?
In any case, thank you again for your very rapid reponse, for fixing the basic elements, and for forwarding on some hint images to guide me. I do know my away around that menu, but I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

I'm not sure, what was the issue... sorry about that. I have checked menu, layout and basic area and just went to the template options and see there was no header selected, so I have selected the header. And that fixed it.

Accepted AnswerI can't tell you how much in this particular case I appreciated your quick initial response. Our site became corruputed sometime on Thursday, GoDaddy's (paid!!!) backup service failed, but then, Canada's largest internet AND mobile internet provider - both of which we use - went down for three days. We knew our corporate site was down, but we couldn't even get in to try to fix it until yesterday.
