Helix Ultimate doesn't work

I am unable to access Helix Ultimate with template: pitech

Please help me. When I clik on Template options menu the Helix doesn't show. Thanks in advance.

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

If I may...

  1. do you have enabled Comodo WAF on your server , or different firewall ?
  2. please share link to screenshot how looks your "broken" template options page?

I wasn't able to access my backend error: Warning! Internet Explorer should not be used for proper operation of the Administrator Backend.
I followed instructions to fixed this renamed .htaccess file but that doesn't work properly because the website didn't work with Search Engine Friendly URLs
Then I read more and I try severals options, then I think, what if I remove part of the .htaccess file and try again.
This works fine and I think this is the solution.
