Helix Ultimate Error Message

Helix ultimate - I'm trying to use this template and I get this error:
Default Layout file is not exists! Please goto to template manager and create a new layout first.
Am I the only one who has trouble with Helix Ultimate? This is just a very buggy template and never works for me.
I have only one site where i was able to use Helix Ulyimate - every otehr site I get error messages.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem with helix Ultimate?

Can you try installing Joomla core files again and clear the browser and Joomla cache?

The reason can also be Advanced Template Manager. However, the problem is not only about the Advanced Template Manager. But in the case before the upgrade you have had multiple template styles linked to different pages. To solve the problem, you need to go to the template's menu binding settings, remove all selections, save, re-select, save. For the default template style - select everything, save, remove the selection, save.

Accepted AnswerThanks Ariba - but I already saw the other post and tried reinstalling core files - which did not work, and I do not use Advanced Template manager. It's an older site and I just decided to start from scratch and work on a development site. I never have problems with Helix 3 - and would prefer to use that template, but I need to know when it will be compatible with PHP 8.

Accepted AnswerI understand. Actually as mentioned in our changelog, from version 2.0.10, it is compatible with upto PHP 8.0
