Hi,
Recently installed the latest version with email and license key, however, some pro features are unavailable to me such as Drop Cap or Blockquote. Caches were cleared both of browser and Joomla

Accepted AnswerTip for all users, make some cleaining
- Make backup of folder: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons
- Delete content of it, all subfolders.
- Reinstall SPPB 4.0.x and you will have all addons that are current, not from old times.
If you used of old addons and you still see preview of them, as 0) step - replace content with the current ones
- Call to Action > Feature addon
- Drop Cap > feature added into Text addon
- Facebook addons > removed, replace with modules
- Blockquote > text addon, probably with extra CSS
And if you would ask me, why during SPPB updates those addons files are still there, it's becuase Joomla cannot delete files during typical extension installation, only override or add new files.

I am not a staff member.
But I am experiencing the same symptoms.
The solution is to enter your email and license key twice.

Addons Drop Cap or Blockquote are from SPPB 2.5 ! They are not fully supported by SPPB 4.x
For example, Drop Cap - feature was added to Text addon a long time ago in Nov 2017.
