Emailform Not Sending?

Hi,

Setting up a mailform with SPPB3 and not sure why the mail will not send? I tested the PHP mail through joomla and it fired AOK.

I was able to send an email if I turned off the Captcha but NO success flag appears, the activity wheel just keeps spinning?
