0 Errors And More

I'm using page builder 4 on a joomla 4 site and we're having issues. 2 pages are no longer working for some reason and we didn't change them (contact page and about us page). Next, when building a new page, it doesn't show in the page builder area. I create a new gallery page and was even able to select it to add it from the menus, but does not show in the page builder area: https://prnt.sc/7XiqEIXmzEbU https://prnt.sc/mGFwWUDn8L-C
We've been having cache issues as well.
Please help.

Another issue I've noticed, when pages are checked out, it doesn't say who has them checked out, also, as you can see here, when I check a page back in, the lock doesn't go away: https://prnt.sc/35Qi_klKwFI-
The errors for pages contact us and about us still remain.

Accepted AnswerThanks, I have disabled 2 plugins. This allowed me to open the contact page but it says it's checked out with no option to check it back in. The about us page is still erroring.
