0 errors and more

I'm using page builder 4 on a joomla 4 site and we're having issues.
2 pages are no longer working for some reason and we didn't change them (contact page and about us page).
One is still accessable from the back end, see here, but gives an error on the live side:

Next, when building a new page, it doesn't show in the page builder area.
I create a new gallery page and was even able to select it to add it from the menus, but does not show in the page builder area:

We've been having cache issues as well.

Please help.

today I logged in and notice the gallery page and another page showed up, see below:

Another issue I've noticed, when pages are checked out, it doesn't say who has them checked out, also, as you can see here, when I check a page back in, the lock doesn't go away:

The errors for pages contact us and about us still remain.

Thanks, I have disabled 2 plugins.
This allowed me to open the contact page but it says it's checked out with no option to check it back in.
The about us page is still erroring.

Yes, it pulls up however it says it is checked out and does not give the option to check in.
So, I am unable to edit.
About us page still errors.
