Why can I not get any support. No tickets answered, no help with sp3 or sp4, No videos for SP4, What is going on. This is very disturbing!

Hi Michael. I have had similar issues. My customer experience with Joomspaper support has been both fantastic and frustrating, depending on the agent. I have found that if I use the chat feature and explain my agent is not responsive, they will poke the agent and the agent will reply. The whole process seems to take a day or two just to get a simple response...but it is the best advice I have to give you.
