Hi Michael. I have had similar issues. My customer experience with Joomspaper support has been both fantastic and frustrating, depending on the agent. I have found that if I use the chat feature and explain my agent is not responsive, they will poke the agent and the agent will reply. The whole process seems to take a day or two just to get a simple response...but it is the best advice I have to give you.

I have been trying to resolve one simple issue for two weeks. The agent gives me a half-assed answer and then disappears for days at a time.
