Helix Ultimate Duplicate Menu Entries

Just upgraded a site to J4 and it seems like the off canvas menu is showing on the main menu.
Template settings have Mega Menu Only
Any ideas?

Accepted AnswerI too am having this same issue and would appreciate someone looking at it. Some of the menu items aren't showing up either.
Ultimately I want 3 columns of information. I have had to make a sub-category or heading to accomplish this. I don't need it but it appears the only way to make it happen in 3 columns.
I am using Helix 2.0.14 Joomla 4.3.4 PHP 8.1.23
