Pagebuilder Pro - Form Builder

I've tried today to insert a form in our site. I always get the error message "Email sent failed, fill required field and try again!". The only required field is the email address and I'm putting content on it. I also inserted a new form and didn't change it. When the mandatory fields are empty, I get the warning that I have to fill them. If I fill them and try to send the form, I also get the message "Email sent failed, fill required field and try again!".
I'm using Version 4.0.8 from PageBuilder.

Accepted AnswerStill not working and no reaction to the question. I'm thinking about stop using Page Builder. The new version is terrible, full of bugs and the front end editor is really bad. I liked the tool in the previous versions, but this one is a big nightmare.

For your information: I've installed today the update to 4.0.9, the problem is still there. Cannot send the form.
