Error After Temple Installation

Hello I am using this Themis template. which installs but sends errors. 1.- 0 Missing field in database: Joomla\Component\Menus\Administrator\Table\MenuTypeTable menutype. when entering the template menus 2.- Error Module XML data not available. This message when I enter modules. 3.- Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id. When I enter all the Plugins 4.- SP Page Builder Pro - Pages. It does not show the content of the pages. open a new page.
I use cpanel, mysql 7.4 , PHP 8.1 and this is the website www.grupolinarpri.com.mx/2023/
Apparently it's a problem with the database, but everything was installed fine and I didn't get any errors. but when entering any section. MENU, COMPONENTS, SYSTEM. and in the database section send this message: Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id.
