Hey there, My Agency subscription does not allow me to choose from Section library in PageBuilder Pro 5.0.8. All items have "Buy Pro" icon on it. Page layout import works fine. So, can you please tell me what is wrong? Thank you.

Does not matter if plugin mentioned is enabled or disabled.

  1. SPPB 5.0.8 Pro uninstall
  2. remove related database rows
  3. Install SPPB 5.0.8 Pro - add license
  4. THIS DOES NOT HELP - same problem
  5. repeat 1,2
  6. Install SPPB 3.8.10 Pro - add license - add from section library works
  7. Install SPPB 5.0.8 Pro - add from section library works
  8. Close

Apology for the inconvenience. Which plan are you using? Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.
