Page Builder: White Page When I Try To Frontend Editor

Hi, i have J! 3.10.12 + PB 5.0.8 + PHP 7.4.33. I just created a new page but when i try to edit in frontend the site just come totally empty without errors. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Thanks.

Hi, finally i found the problem. I had a plugin "Disable mootols" to fix another problem with gtranslate module. I found another pluguin to make the same but this one is compatible with PageBuilder. Thanks for your time

Hi,

  • not using helix templates
  • turned on allow_url_fopen
  • dont know how to find mod_security on my cpanel
  • templates/your_template/html/com_sppagebuilder not exist

After check this the problem still there.

Hi Rashida, Can you help me please? i tries to disable some components but don't find where are the problem.

I can see this in the browser console:

I cheked mod security and all is ok. To make sure the hosting is ok i made a clean installation in /test subfolder and the component work well but i need some help to find why is not working in main site because i cant start from zero because is an upgrade work. Can you help me find where are the problem?

So, you tried to disable mod_security? Then clearing your Joomla and browser cache? Frontend editor doesn't come up even after this in your main site?
