Cannot Replace Image After Upgrade - Urgent Please

Hi

I have just upgraded to Joomla 4.3.4, I am not sure if this is the problem but I have the following issue.

In PageBuilder when I try to replace an image

  • the image dialogue box disappears
  • so does the top SP Page Builder bar (where I would close or save etc)
  • I can do nothing and have to hit the back button to come out

This is a problem as i cannot continue to build pages without this - text blocks are working ok.

BTW

  1. In PHP settings (cPanel) please enable PHP extension named "phpinfo()" - or ask hosting support for it.
  2. Can you switch to PHP 8.1 - if you have PHP 8.2 now.
  3. Can you edit page ID 48 (use two different browsers! )

Hi Alison,

In order not to waste your time please use the back-end editor, from what I have seen it works properly.

In the meantime I will do my investigation , if I encounter problems today - tomorrow morning I will ask our developer for helping hand. Time difference you know.

I managed to edit ID48 and then I went back in to try with the original page and it worked. So whatever you did... keep on doing it

Hold on to that feelin'...

Hi Paul

This is happening again, and cannot edit ID48 either. Did you speak to the developers about it? I have reverted to PHP8.0
