We are encountering an issue Facebook latest Graph API version. Instagram Access Token is not generated on v17.0 or higher. We are working to solve this issue. Most of the current issues on this topic are related to this. I assume that you are also facing it. Please check your Graph API version and set it to v16.0 or lower. It will work then.

I confirm, my Facebook API is v18.0 and when I try to make the connection I get the error: COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ERROR_MSG_FOR_FAILED_STORE_EXTENSION

Hi Ofi I have updated SPPB to 5.1.7 on Joomla 4.4.0 but still get the same error message (URL blocked). I strongly followed your documentation to set the Facebook App but it seems that with your explanations something is still missing. Server IP on White List has been set Redirect Domains have been set OAuth Redirect URIs has been set What could be wrong in the App settings?

Could you alread checked what has to be done on Facebook in addition to your description in order to have this Addon running?

Please update to the latest SP Page Builder 5.1.9 and check your issue. We have fixed Instagram issues.
