Hi,

I have SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.10 installed on my website https://www.fotografieopdracht.nl. In Meta for Developers (Facebook Apps) i have created an app. I want to show Instagram images on my site. In SP Page Builder Pro settings i have added the Facebook App ID and Facebook App Secret. But when i click on 'Generate Access Token', i get a blank popup window and nothing happens. Tried this in multiple browsers.

How can i set this up? So that i can show Instagram images on my site with hashtag #fotografieopdracht.

P.S. When i click on 'Documentation' in Joomla backend Components > SP Page Builder > Documentation, i get a 404 documentation not found error (this link: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3 does not exist anymore). Maybe you can remove or change this link in a upcoming update.

Regards, Remco

Hello Remco

Please follow this documentation. I have also made a tutorial on How to setup Instagram Gallery Addon. Please follow the steps in the tutorial. Make sure that you have checked the additional steps in the description too.

Best regards

The insert & save button in the popup does not work, see hidden content for screenrecording.

Please check your API version. It should be v16.0 or lower. The addon does not set up on version v17.0.

How can i do that? When i go to advanced app settings, i see:

Upgrade API version

Use these settings to control which API your app calls for different roles.

Upgrade all calls

Change the API version your app calls for all users

v18.0 with a dropdown, but no other versions available

Deprecated API versions will not show in the dropdown

Upgrade Calls for App Roles

Change the API version your app calls for developers

v18.0 with a dropdown, but no other versions available

Deprecated API versions will not show in the dropdown

Unfortunately, you have to wait then. The developer team is working with this. Hopefully, we will find an workaround on the next release.
