Error Since Upgrading To Joomla5

Since upgrading to J5, I get the following error on many of my menu clicks:
0
Event onContentAfterDisplay only accepts String results.
https://www.pushingcardboard.com/index.php/podcasts shows the error
https://www.pushingcardboard.com/ shows without. Click on PODCASTS to see it appear

Accepted AnswerI tried the version that was offered in a download in another thread, but got the same issue, so I've restored from backup to Joomla 4

Accepted AnswerHi, is there a difference between a staging site and a backup created with Akeeba on a new clean database? (local or online on a subdomain) Watched the video but quite some handings that most are not very familair with. For me working with a backup is much easier.

Accepted AnswerI have installed the latest version of Helix Ultimate and then upgraded to Joomla 5. Same error as before on many menu items. Here's an example:

Last time I tried upgrading, I ended up restoring to Joomla 4. Hopefully this will be a simpler fix.
