Hi there I have upgraded to Joomla 5. I have Shaper Gazette Template based on Helix ultimate. The latest Helix ultimate is installed but the Helix ultimate changes does not reflect.

  • I cannot upgrade to PHP 8.2 I get an error - The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
  • The Twitter Icon update has not implemented, the logo in menu has not implemented

I have Helix Ultimate 2.0.17 - this is supposed to be fixed! Joomla 5 compatibility PHP 8.2 compatibility Updated the Twitter X logo on social icons

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. I would request you to wait for the template update. Cause, some feature is overridden inside the template directory and need to update the code. Noted your issue. We will release an update as soon as possible.

I still waiting for this update... the php 7.4 is obsolete... You must give us an update soon... joomla 5 it's out... Please take in consideration this update soon...

We continue receiving promisses for an update... I think the first promise that the update is on it's way was last year this time we were promised 3 months. This really makes me upset, my website used to be used as an example of this template on the Joomshaper website to 'sell' this template. I have been with Joomshaper for many years and sent many clients direct to you. People who implement this type of template cannot move to another template.

  • Plugins such as Author (that has been giving internal errors for years) is only in this template
  • The complicated structure will be a mess to try move to another template
  • The look is still fresh, and it is based on ultimate The overides of the template is at 150 already in J5. It is critical that Joomshaper stay up to date with the latest releases. Users that have a content focussed site such as news and magazine are CRITICALLY RELIANT on SEO and we need fast websites based on the latest updates.

Hi Toufiq. Still no UPGRADE!!!!!!!!!! Has Joomshaper made a decision to keep creating new templates but not support their current templates. All your effort seems to be focussed on the template a month, stores and builder. It seems you have decided to not keep up with Joomla upgrade cycles. Many of the templates are so far out of date. Joomla is at 5. PHP is also upgrading with your templates supporting obsolete versions. I am not sure why we need to keep paying the subscription fees for templates if you do not upgrade them.

Thank you Toufiq I see it has been updated. Search - the popular tags does not work - they show the last tags alphabetically not the most popular.

Sp Author Archive still gives an error at the backend. It also has an issue with page numbers not showing properly. Has SP Author been updated?

Hi Toufiq There is an urgent issue since upgrade. The slider shows round buttons at the bottom of the slider over the images. Only in mobile view. How can it be that makes no sense. This is a standard page from the template. There is no third party code in pagebuilder.

I have included some css code Joomshaper support included to fix issues in the template. Please check if any of this can causes the issue.

I changed something in the right column of the main page totally unrelated and purely a joomla banner. The issue occured as soon as I saved it, it was also ok directly after upgrade before I change something on the page.
