Hi Daniel,

{ I do not work for JoomShaper }

Have you made sure via your FTP software that some file permissions didn't get messed with during a potential update for example...

In most correctly setup FTP servers:

Folders should have permissions of 755 Files should have permissions of 644

[some servers require 777 vs 755 but your hosting company would have mentioned that].

Best of luck, Cheers,

E.

Hi Daniel,

Error 403 that you have on front-end / back-end is from SERVER files, it's not even from Joomla itself. Joomla message looks totaly different, and has Joomla code inside.

  1. What you did (install, change) in last days that cause that?
  2. Your Hosting support is too lazy, ask its supervisor to recheck ! Don't give up. Maybe reinstall backup.
  3. Yes, it may be caused by RUS hacker(s) actions as well.
  4. Ask/Research on forum.joomla.org.

Sorry, it's not Joomshaper case. It's on different level. We are not technical support.
