Media Manager is Empty

When I go to Content/Media, all my uploaded folders and images are not visible, but I can see on the server that they should be there. If I go to SP Page Builder/Media Manager, I can see all the images, but if I go to the folder in Page Builder, all folders and images are not visible, and I get the error message 'Undefined'. I do not know whether the error occured before or after I upgraded to J5. Do you know what is wrong, and how I can view the folders and images again?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. The Page Builder media manager is different from the Joomla. Cause, We have made it. Joomla just displayed directory and images on same screen. But, If you look at the Page Builder media then you can see all images & you can see it by folder wise by clicking on folder view.

Thanks for your answer, and sorry for the delay.

I have already tried to go to the folder via Page Builder media, but the same result appears.

If I go to Page Builder images, the images are there, but I need to administer them in folders.

Best regards, Bibbi Bryld

Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue?

I have downloaded your site backup using Akeeba and checked on my localhost (PHP 8.1). It works fine. I think your server blocked to load the resources of page builder assets.

Unfortunately i have renamed the .htaccess.admintools to x.htaccess.admintools. Please rename this file using FTP & download a backup using akeeba. Then check another server or hosting. Besides, You have added mayn code inside the .htaccess file. I don't know why. Thanks
