No, the error only happens with iPhone. I have tested all kinds and with many iPhones and Android and it only happens with iPhone, no matter the browser. I've tried Saphari, Chrome and Brave and it's always the same.

So it is a programming error and needs to be fixed. On other websites you can see background videos, I know of many examples: https://builders-club.com this one for example.

You can't take for granted as an answer that on your iPhone and my iPhone you can't see the background video and it's not the fault of the programming...

Mainly the mobile browser does not accept auto play and that's why it does not work inside the mobile browser. That's why we have introduce alternative image setup as place holder image instead of video in mobile device. Thanks

I have a solution for this problem.

1. Use the video addon in a new row. Use MP4 videos. Play video in a loop, Mute video, Autoplay video. Row options Padding and Margin all 0px.

2. Add a new row under the video row . Here you can put text or whatever. Adjust the margin of the row in TOP: -400px for example. The row will now be over the video. You can use a row animation effect if you want. Adjust the margin for tablet and phone.

3. The video with text / photo will now also be visible on an IPhone.
