Cannot Update Helix Framework

Cannot update Helix Framework either through the Extension update or installing plugin. I recieve the following error message: Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /home/hp3-linc1-nfs1-x/672

I also notice that the folder permissions of the files has changed to unwriteable: /home/hp3-linc1-nfs1-x/672/2227672/user/htdocs/tmp (Temp folder)

Hi Femitex,

This time it's problem with access to /tmp folder by Joomla itself. That's why you cannot install or update ANY extension. More tips: forum.joomla.org and YouTube.

Ask hosting support what is correct full path to /tmp folder and use it inside configuraton.php file, update old path there.
