Menu Shows "square Character"

Hi
I use PageBuilder 5.2.7, Helix Ultimate 2.0.18
Issue 1: When i open the Menubuilder the captions (see frames in screenshot) looks not like the captions shown this link. Instead of "Presets" i see "HELIX_ULTIMATE_PRESETS". Any idea how to fix this?
Issue 2: Right beside the mainmenu of my website there is a square-character visible but i think there should be another sign. Possible this is a side effect of issue 1?
