Offcanvas Submenu Not Showing

Hi there,
I would like to come back to this issue which has attention and is still not solved. In the meantime, I upgraded the site to J5 and switched to Decora template. Howebver, the issue is still there. I came acroos the post from Pavel and Carrie M Wrigley https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/9103 and tried everything listed without any success. Step 1 recommends "TURN OFF the "Off-Canvas" module published in the "off canvas" position." When I do this, I get an error message "Publish modules to the "offcanvs" position." I tried all other recommendation s from the post but nothing helps. Would you be available to have a look into my backend please. I shared credentials in the hidden content section.

Accepted AnswerFIXED. All fixes, are inside custom.css file. Reload browser cache.
But the main problem was from extra Prime extension style! It made that mess!

I think I found at least one the mistake that you made. We informed about that in Helix Documenation.

read "blue/violet" box.
Give me longer moment to check and correct other settings...

this is excellent. A thousdand thanks. I had the gut feeling that the Prime extension could play a role but my technical expertise is not sufficient to further investigate this. Prime is used to load real estate objects from an external system and comes with its own template, we do not use.
Again a big THANK YOU to all who have worked on this.
