1. What is FULL name of your template? Becuase this problem is always from code override, not from Helix Ultimate plugin itself as you may think.

It's not in production. I'm working on my local and i'm using "Live Sports" templeate. It's Joomsharp templete only.

Until you are on localhost we have very limited options to fix things.

But at least enable those two and check error details (share info after)

Then I can find a fix solution.
