Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

Hi Thank you for your reply. I had to restore the old site with version 3.8.10 because I can't leave the site crashing! Does the debug message indicate that version 5.3.2 is not compatible with my environment? In this case, please tell me the desirable migration order

If you have Akeeba backup then you can restore the site easily.

I don't understand, I don't know what to do? I give you the rights on the site to try to recover it or to see to give the procedure of migration.

Just contact your hosting provider and tell them to allow me to download permission for the zip file of Akeeba backup using FTP. Thanks

It's too complicated and time-consuming. I've e-mailed you back with a link now If not, please retrieve it from the site.

Download and install the akeeba backup on your localhost or on your staging site.
