Urgent: site crashed following update to SPPB 5.3.2

Hello
After updating the extension the site is no longer accessible
The error is on the page https://www.ferronnerie-57.com
Can you help me quickly to resolve the problem?

I had to restore the old site with version 3.8.10 because I can't leave the site crashing!
Does the debug message indicate that version 5.3.2 is not compatible with my environment?
In this case, please tell me the desirable migration order

If you have Akeeba backup then you can restore the site easily.
