SP Page Builder Error

Hi Team.
Using the Eventum template on editing the home page in page builder i got the 'SP Page Builder 406 Error'. Following the information here https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/28800. I turned off mod_security.
Now when I click to increase the number of columns as per this screen grab https://prnt.sc/_LtpDKVDGEMJ

I presume the issues are related as I made no other changes.

Accepted AnswerThe issues may stem from the old structure of the template. When you create a new section and copy your used add-ons into it, everything should work perfectly.

I am apologizes for this inconvenience. This issues is comes from browser cache, Could you please clear your browser cache and joomla cache and then try again.

Accepted AnswerHi. I have done what you have said to NO effect. Please can i have another solution.
I have logged into the joomla backend from a completely DIFFERENT DEVICE and get the same error result as provided in the link submitted earlier.
The error is NOT cache related.
