Error When Creating And Duplicating Banners

We are experiencing an issue with our page builder. We have a page that contains a Section > Slideshow > Contents, and inside this Contents, we have some banners (images with text and buttons).
The problem occurs when trying to create a new banner or duplicate an existing one. The content is created, but it does not follow the text settings, size, or borders.
And when creating a new banner, the same situation happens:

Accepted AnswerWhen I duplicate a banner or create a new one, it doesn’t follow the configurations. In the image you sent, it’s correct, but you can notice that there are others that were duplicated and do not follow the same settings.

Accepted AnswerTake a look at the banners at the top of the screen. The second and third are copies of the fourth banner, but they do not follow the duplication settings. The second and third have different text styles and fonts compared to the fourth banner, and the "LEARN MORE" button is also different. Even though I make changes in the PAGEBUILDER, they remain unchanged.

As you can see, I can't to edit any text and buttons, whenever I create anything with text or a button, it seems to follow the colors of the brand, wich are blue and pink.
I can edit the contents of both, but not the appearance, that's also happening on mobile.

- No third party plugins installed.
We cant even change the button colors in the page builder.
Doesn't matter if i create a new page or duplicate a existing one, the colors lost the configs and we just cant change it because the page builder dont work.Grupo OK
