Fresh Install Of Template Megainc Redirect To Installation Directory

Fresh install of Template Megainc redirect to installation directory, ie.: instead of just show the www.domainname.com is display: www.domain.com/installation/index.php

Also when I go to [System-Database] shows this error:

An error has occurred. 0 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension   extension_id.

Please help me.
