Ensure latest update Joomla version 5 latest update

Contact page is sending email when I am in admin mode, meaning opening SpPagebuilder/ edit contact page / click preview and send message from that page. When on site, contact page does nothing after clicking 'send' button, gives no error, no confirmation of sending email. It is perfectly possible to send test email from within Joomla itself.

Please advice as this is beyond my knowledge to debug; already lost considerably time.

Made changes in structure as mentioned in your solution. However: not sending any email, layout is also changed (fields to short).

The issue you’re facing is related to Invisible reCAPTCHA, and it’s not directly related to our product. Please replace the existing code with the one provided in this post: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/35873.

Additionally, please refer to the video I shared and follow the steps outlined there.

Ok, I even removed the invisible recaptcha and replaced it with default. Sorry to say, but it is NOT working. On this site there is nothing except joomla and stuff from joomshaper, not even one addon from different vendor. It must be something else.

I have checked your site and verified that reCAPTCHA is functioning correctly. I also followed the process outlined in the guide and tested email functionality using Mailtrap on my local pc. Emails are being sent successfully, and I have received the contact form data as expected.

If you are still experiencing issues, please share your cPanel access in hidden content so I can investigate further and assist you effectively. Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the reCAPTCHA v3 Developer Console where you have added your domain, site key, and secret key.

If you are not using reCAPTCHA but still not receiving emails, the issue might be related to your server configuration.

Issue was indeed related to server configuration: server put a spam block on my email adress because it was abused to much. I had no idea because I did not get a warning from the server side. Strange also that emails could be send from within the Joomshaper environment, as I mentioned above, but not from the 'plain' website.

Thanks for the update. It seems the issue was caused by your email being flagged as spam by the server, which is why emails weren’t sent from the website. To prevent spam, I recommend using reCAPTCHA, as mentioned in my previous instructions. This will help prevent spam emails.
