Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please check if there are any database structure issues by navigating to System -> Maintenance -> Database in your Joomla admin panel. If any issues are detected, select them and click on Update Structure.

If everything seems ok, Then please provide your admin access credentials in the hidden content section? Before sharing this information, we highly recommend taking a full backup of your website to ensure its safety.

Thank you.

Can't even check that, get the error trying to open any page in backend.

BTW

I think, I had the same, and clearing browser Cache (!) all was OK after.

Just check the same editor using 2nd browser or incognito mode to be sure.

Hi, I have the same problem. I can´t enter any page in the backend, except the Main Joomla Admin Panel. I can´t enter System -> Maintenance -> Database or the clearing browser Cache.

I am using joomla 4.4.8. I even uploaded old backups, from the day before the last updating, and the days before until from the end of december hoping that the last updatings of joomshaper (that was last week) would disappear , but the problem persists. Have you found the solution to this? Thanks

You should have Joomla 4.4.10 - this is the last version. not older (!) Update.

  1. Always check admin area using at least 2-3 different browsers.
  2. Problem/Bugs with Joomla itself, like not possible to get into Joomla core features, are beyond our support. Forum.joomla.org for that (!).

Hello, This isn't a browser problem.

Not a good solution, but if you don't use {loadmodule} shortcode disable the 'SP Page Builder - Load Modules' System plugin from the database directly.

UPDATE [YOUR_DB_PREFIX]_extensions set enabled=0 where name = 'plg_sppagebuilder_loadmodule'

Where [YOUR_DB_PREFIX] equal $dbprefix in configuration.php

I don't know how to step forward, but the website works.

My system parameters are: Database Type mysql Database Version 10.5.26-MariaDB-0+deb11u2 PHP Version 8.4.4 Web Server Apache/2.4.62 (Debian) WebServer to PHP Interface fpm-fcgi
