SEO Options

Hello, I'm a little confused right now with the SEO options. These refer as it looks to the complete Joomla page. What I don't know now is if these should be filled in here or not since there are also many options elsewhere or how do these behave with the other settings?

Then we have under menus under each menu item the metadata (image-2). Since we are connected here under "Menu Item Type" with the pages of Sp Pagebuilder I don't know now what these refer to. Only to the menu item or also to the set page? Should these be identical to the metadata of the respective Sp Pagebuilder page?

Last but not least, we have several settings in Sp Pagebuilder. But what I don't understand here, when I open a page in the "backend" I have in a left column the "Open Graph" settings without metadata (image-3). When I open the page in the frontend editor I have under Tools - Page settings - Open Graph settings + Metadata(Image-4). Are there any differences to the backend?

To do nothing wrong, how and to what related should all existing Seo settings be built and aligned to achieve maximum efficiency. If I have forgotten some seo settings, please add them.

Greetings Manuel

Hi there!

If you want you can use the menu item edit window metadata option of Joomla for your pages that are connected through the menu item, Or you can use the pages meta data option from the frontend editor of SP Page Builder just to add metadata or keywords to your pages.

There are two OG options in our products.

One for Template: Blog details.png og in blog details.png

Another for the SP Page Builder: Global og settings.png

The Open Graph can be set only for Pages from SPPB, check options in each page. And yes, they are same for both frontend and backend.

Hope this helps! Best Regards

Hi There,

yes a little bit. what you was showing me under Template Blog, is that only when you have Blog Content? because I use only pages

When I use the Open Graph and the Metadatas from SPPB under Tools https://prnt.sc/w11vx0 , is that then the unique what I need? Means that I can let the another Metadatas from the Menus and from the Global System Site configuration empty? Something else what I have to do for a good SEO configuration?

Best Regards Manuel

Ok thank you,

but one question more. when I fill all out in SPPB page tools seo (meta description, meta keywords, open graph titel, open graph image and open graph description) how is that then with the options of follow indexes?

is it then not better to do it in both areas? SPPB-page-tools-seo and under Menu-metadatas? with the same description and keywords

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

You can put in both place, which one loads at the end that will be taken for indexing.

Best Regards
