Hi, in the EU (germany) you have to provide is a so called "Grundpreis" / "Base-Price" the each article in your shop. This means if you sell a "Perfum, 12,00 EUR/ml (little bottle)" - the BAsePrice would be 120,00EUR/litre ... this is mandatory to all shops who sell Products with measureable amounts. The BasePrice is supposed to be shown right next to the normal Productprice .... can you tell me how to arrange this? Is it possible at the moment?

Hi there,

Currently, EasyStore doesn’t include built-in support for the EU "Base Price (Grundpreis)" display. This feature is not available by default.

As a workaround, you can add the base price manually in the product Additional Data.

hi Toufiqr , i may suggest your team to create workgroups of european, american, african (...) users to be sure to follow legal aspects in each country where Easystore is sold.

Apparently, the Easystore software still does not allow the entry of so-called base prices (as described above). This means the software is completely inadequate for use within the EU, as it makes it impossible to sell liquids or cosmetics. (EU requirement: indication of the price per liter as the base price.)

I am also very disappointed that my initial message three months ago received no attempt from your side to retain me as a customer or offer any form of compensation. In the end, I paid a considerable amount of money for software that is essentially useless to me.

Please contact me as soon as possible so we can identify a satisfactory resolution for this situation — potentially even a full refund of the annual software fee.
