Error 500 In Page List

Hello, on my site i have a problem of error 500 when i try to access to page list.

All is ok in frontend, all my pages are visibile but i can't edit anything.

I attach the error image and the error log

GET /administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=/editor.pages&limit=15&offset=0&sort=null&page_type=page&_method=get×tamp=1752858605942 HTTP/1.0

It's possibile to recover them?

IMPORTANT EDIT: the problem is with latest version of SP 5.7.0. Revert to 5.6.3 fixed the problem and now i can access to all my pages!

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your site, and it appears you're currently using Joomla 3. SP Page Builder 5.5.x+ requires Joomla 4.4 or higher.

So what i have to do? i have to revert to a versione before 5.7? I have always update without problems

If you prefer not to update your Joomla 3 installation, we recommend using SP Page Builder version 5.4.6 to avoid potential issues.

Hello Laura,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. To downgrade from SP Page Builder version 5.5+ to 5.4.6, you'll need to take a few extra steps. After installing version 5.4.6, please manually remove the following four directories:

JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_collection JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_filter JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_image JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_text

Remember to take a full site backup before proceeding. If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.

Ok thanks. But which issue can i have keeping latest 5.6 version? I'm using it on a test site (copy of the main site) and it's seems to works without problems.

If version 5.6 is working well for you, you can continue using it. However, please be aware that it might cause issues in some cases. If you remain on version 5.6.0, you don't need to remove the directories I mentioned in my earlier comment.
